<p>Dieta Mayo dureaza 14 zile si este o dieta severa, foarte restrictiva si saraca in calorii (intre 800 si 1000 de calorii pe zi). Pentru persoanele care doresc sa slabeasca prin modificarea metabolismului, nutritionistii americani recomanda ca regimul de 2 saptamani sa fie respectat cu strictete, fara nici o abatere (nici macar o bomboana, o guma de mestecat sau un pahar cu bere).</p>
<p>LUNI:</p>
<p>Mic dejun: O ceasca de cafea sau ceai + 1 cub de zahar.<br />
Pranz: 2 oua fierte (tari), 1 rosie, 300 g spanac fiert.<br />
Cina: 200 g friptura de vita, salata verde cu ulei si lamaie.</p>
<p>MARTI:</p>
<p>Mic dejun: O ceasca de cafea sau ceai + 1 cub de zahar si un biscuit.<br />
Pranz: 250 g sunca si o cutie de iaurt natural.<br />
Cina: 200 g friptura de vaca, salata verde cu ulei si lamaie.</p>
<p>MIERCURI:</p>
<p>Mic dejun: O ceasca de cafea + 1 cub de zahar si o felie de paine prajita.<br />
Pranz: 2 oua fierte (tari), 1 felie de sunca si salata.<br />
Cina: Supa de zarzavat, fara carne, branza de vaci slaba si un fruct proaspat.</p>
<p>JOI:</p>
<p>Mic dejun: O ceasca de cafea sau ceai + 1 cub de zahar si un biscuit.<br />
Pranz: 1 ou fiert (tare), morcovi, rosii, 50 g cascaval.<br />
Cina: Un bol de salata de fructe fara zahar sau 1 iaurt.</p>
<p>VINERI:</p>
<p>Mic dejun: 1 morcov ras si rosii cu suc de lamaie.<br />
Pranz: 250 g peste slab fiert cu lamaie si o rosie.<br />
Cina: 200 g friptura de vita cu o telina rasa.</p>
<p>SAMBATA:</p>
<p>Mic dejun: O ceasca de cafea sau ceai + 1 cub de zahar.<br />
Pranz: 1/2 pui la cuptor cu salata verde si lamaie.<br />
Cina: 2 oua fierte (tari), un bol de morcovi rasi si 1 rosie.</p>
<p>DUMINICA:</p>
<p>Mic dejun: O ceasca de cafea sau ceai + 1 cub de zahar si un biscuit.<br />
Pranz: 2 oua fierte (tari), o telina fiarta si un fruct proaspat.<br />
Cina: Tot ce doriti in limita a 300 g), fara dulciuri, fara paine sau alcool.</p>
<p>Daca nu se respecta dieta cu strictete mai mult de 6 zile, aceasta trebuie intrerupta si reluata doar dupa 3 luni. Nerespectarea dietei inainte de 6 zile impune intreruperea sa, si reluarea dupa cel putin 6 luni. In Dieta Mayo este important sa consumi cat mai multe lichide, daca se poate numai apa plata.</p>

<p>Pe durata ei, se exclud carnea de porc si grasimile, mezelurile si bauturile acidulate, dulciurile fainoase cu crema. Obligatoriu: dimineata, dupa trezire, se bea un pahar cu apa lasata de peste seara, in care se pune o lingurita de otet de mere. Seara nu se mananca nimic dupa orele 18.<br />
Reteta: se pune la fiert o jumatate de litru de apa. Cand da in clocot, se adauga 4-5 linguri de teci de fasole zdrobite (se cumpara de la Plafar) si se lasa la fiert 20 de minute. Se lasa sa se raceasca si se strecoara. Se bea intreaga cantitate intr-o zi, portionat. Efectul de slabire e provocat de eliminarea apei din tesuturi. Succes!<br />

<p>In prima, a treia, a cincea zi: dimineata &#8211; 1 ou fiert tare, o felie de paine bine prajita; pranz &#8211; 200 g branza, salata de rosii, ardei gras si castraveti cu doua felii de paine bine prajita. (Salata am mancat la discretie, fara a ma limita la o anumita cantitate.); seara &#8211; salata cu o felie de paine prajita, 100 g cas.<br />
A doua zi, a patra, a sasea zi: micul dejun e acelasi, la pranz si seara se inlocuieste branza cu carne fiarta de pui (jumatate de piept de pui la pranz si o jumatate seara).<br />
Daca doriti sa slabiti mai mult, dupa o saptamana de pauza, reteta se reia.<br />

<p><strong>Regim alimentar disociat</strong></p>
<p>Regimul este alternant, trei zile cu alimente yang, trei zile cu alimente yin. Regimul se tine strict, cel putin 90 de zile, si in functie de greutatea dorita, se poate prelungi corespunzator, avand in vedere ca se slabeste in medie 2 kg pe saptamana.</p>
<p><strong>Alimente yang</strong></p>

Cantitati pentru o zi:<br />
300-400 g carne de pui, vita sau peste, fiarta, la gratar sau la cuptor.<br />
300 g iaurt, 300 g branza de vaci, 2 litri lichid (apa sau ceai de plante), un ou fiert.</p>
<p>Dupa fiecare masa se bea o cana de ceai fierbinte.</p>
<p><strong>Alimente yin</strong></p>
<p><strong>Trei zile consecutiv se consuma alimente vegetale.</strong><br />
Cantitati pentru o zi:<br />
600 g legume sub forma de salate, ciorbe, supe (cu putin ulei de masline, lamaie, bors sau otet pentru gust acrisor) sau sub forma de mancare, la cuptor, ghiveci (se pot folosi toate soiurile de legume).<br />
200-300 g fructe (mai putin struguri, pere, fructe uscate).<br />
500 ml suc de rosii sau suc de fructe.<br />
100 g paine graham sau 200 g fulgi de porumb.<br />
2 litri apa minerala plata sau ceai de plante.<br />
Dupa fiecare masa, se bea o cana de ceai fierbinte. Este bine sa se manance cea mai mare cantitate de alimente in prima parte a zilei. Dupa ora 20, nu se mai mananca nimic. Se pot bea doar lichide.</p>

<p><strong>Prima zi</strong>:<br />
Pranz &#8211; 100 g branza de vaci amestecata cu putina apa minerala, 3 linguri de verdeata, sare, piper, 1 felie de paine neagra. Ca bautura: 200 ml suc de portocale fara zahar.<br />
Cina: o felie de paine neagra unsa subtire cu unt, 20 g cascaval slab, o rosie.<br />
<strong>A doua zi:</strong></p>
<p>Pranz &#8211; 100 g branza de vaci, amestecata cu apa minerala, verdeata, putina ceapa tocata marunt. Se serveste cu 200 g cartofi fierti in coaja.<br />
Cina: 1 felie de paine neagra unsa cu mustar, 1 felie de parizer, 200 ml kefir.<br />

Pranz:</strong> 1 kg fructe.<strong><br />
Seara:</strong><strong>luni si marti</strong> &#8211; pui (gratar); <strong>miercuri si joi </strong>- chiftele (gratar);<strong> vineri &#8211; </strong>carne slaba sau peste (gratar);<strong> sambata si duminica -</strong> carne slaba sau peste (gratar).<strong><br />
Bauturi: </strong>ceai, orice fel de cafea, apa, apa minerala.<strong><br />
Atentie:</strong> se interzice consumul zaharului si al oricarui fel de dulciuri.<strong><br />

<p><strong>II. Dieta cu carne si legume(Se pierd 3 kg pe saptamana)<br />
Mic dejun: Cafea sau ceai fara zahar (eventual se foloseste zaharina), lapte degresat, 30 g branza. La ora 10 se mananca 100 g fructe (mar sau kiwi).<br />
Pranz: 100 g legume (crude) amestecate cu putin suc de lamaie, 100 g carne, salata verde peste care se toarna o lingura de ulei si lamaie, 40 g branza sau doua cutii mici de iaurt dietetic. La ora 16 se mananca 100 g fructe.<br />
Seara: 100 g legume fierte, 100 g carne sau doua oua, salata verde cu lamaie si ulei (ca la pranz), 30 g branza sau o cutie mica de iaurt dietetic (fara zahar).<br />
Avantajul acestui regim este ca poate fi urmat si de copii.</p>

III. Dieta cu carne si fructe(Se pierd pana la 4 kg pe saptamana)<br />
Mic dejun: Ceai fara zahar, o bucatica de branza (cat o cutie de chibrit), o felie subtire de paine.<br />
Pranz: Carne (pui sau peste cam cat trei chiftele), salata de legume (fara ulei sau cu 1/2 pahar de iaurt), o felie subtire de paine prajita. La ora 15 &#8211; un fruct. La ora 17 &#8211; ceai fara zahar, o bucata de branza cat o cutie de chibrit.<br />
Seara: La fel ca la pranz. La ora 22 &#8211; un fruct. La ora 23 &#8211; un fruct. La ora 24 &#8211; o bucata de branza cat o cutie de chibrit.<br />
Se admit orice fel de bauturi nealcoolice si ceai sau cafea (fara zahar)<br />

<p>Se face o supa mai concentrata din aceste trei legume, astfel: la 2 l de apa clocotita se pun 1 kg pastarnac, 2 fire de praz si 2 cepe, cu putina sare. Cand supa e gata, se toarna in farfurie si se adauga cateva picaturi de ulei de masline presat la rece, patrunjel verde cat mai mult, putina sare si zeama de lamaie.<br />
Patrunjelul asigura necesarul de vitamina A, B si C, plus minerale importante ca fierul, calciul, potasiul, magneziul si iodul, iar prazul aduce organismului un aport de celuloza, saruri alcaline si fosfor.<br />
Se mananca supa cu legume de 5 ori pe zi, dar in cantitati moderate. Dupa minimum<br />
3-4 zile, mi-am recapatat silueta.<br />
