<p>Se bazeaza in principiu pe consumul de rosii &#8211; o sursa bogata de vitamine si antioxidanti, care mentin echilibrul hidric al organismului. Asadar, de trei ori rosii: <strong>Luni</strong>: rosii sub forma de sucuri, consumate la discretie, in cantitati nelimitate. <strong>Marti</strong>: iaurt degresat + cereale, pentru o mai buna digestie. <strong>Miercuri:</strong> rosii, la fel ca luni. <strong>Joi</strong>: cartofi fierti (fara sare). <strong>Vineri</strong>: la fel ca luni si miercuri. <strong>Sambata:</strong> peste fiert in otet de mere cu miere, servit cu cateva lingurite de ulei de masline si asezonat cu feliute de lamaie (se stie, pestele ajuta la un nivel scazut al colesterolului, iar otetul impiedica depunerea grasimilor). <strong>Duminica:</strong> puteti consuma orice, in cantitati moderate, dar fara paine si fainoase.<br />
Dieta ajuta la detoxifierea organismului si la o mai buna functionare a acestuia. Mult succes!</p>

<p><strong>Sunt o persoana care face sport din copilarie, dar nu de performanta, ci de placere. In concedii, cu ocazia unor evenimente sau de sarbatorile de iarna, cand nu-mi respect dieta pe care mi-am impus-o, imediat ma &#8220;imbogatesc&#8221; cu cateva kilograme. Din fericire, am descoperit o dieta simpla, ieftina si eficienta: supa din pastarnac, praz si ceapa.</strong></p>

<p>Se face o supa mai concentrata din aceste trei legume, astfel: la 2 l de apa clocotita se pun 1 kg pastarnac, 2 fire de praz si 2 cepe, cu putina sare. Cand supa e gata, se toarna in farfurie si se adauga cateva picaturi de ulei de masline presat la rece, patrunjel verde cat mai mult, putina sare si zeama de lamaie.<br />
Patrunjelul asigura necesarul de vitamina A, B si C, plus minerale importante ca fierul, calciul, potasiul, magneziul si iodul, iar prazul aduce organismului un aport de celuloza, saruri alcaline si fosfor.<br />
Se mananca supa cu legume de 5 ori pe zi, dar in cantitati moderate. Dupa minimum<br />
3-4 zile, mi-am recapatat silueta.<br />

<p>Ea m-a ajutat sa slabesc aproximativ 10 kilograme. Incepeti bagand broccoli in apa rece, circa 10 minute. Scurgeti apa apoi indepartati  frunzele. Puneti la fiert circa  250 ml de apa  (sa acopere fundul cratitei)  si fierbeti borccoli  timp de 10 minute (pana se inmoaie)  Stropiti apoi legumele  cu lamaie (puteti pune si parmezan daca vreti), marar verde sau uscat, dupa anotimp. Broccoli e bogat in vitamina A, potasiu si calciu.  cura se tine minimum 5 zile , in care se pot manca exclusiv broccoli. Se pot pierde circa 4.5- 5 kg, iar cu perseverenta, intr-o luna, chiar 9-10 kg.  toate acestea fara ca tenul sa sufere, fara a avea ameteli, datorita calciului  si potasiului  pe care le contine.  Succes!</p>

<p>Se alege spanacul si se spala in multe ape. Se opareste cu apa clocotita cu sare. Se toaca mai mare si se scurge bine. Separat se face un sos pentru salata din mustar si ulei, care se subtiaza cu zeama in care a fiert spanacul. Se acreste cu lamaie. Se serveste cu doua sferturi de ou rascopt.</p>

<p>MELCI PRAJITI IN ALUAT<br />
3 duzini de melci, 1 ou, 2 linguri de faina, 2 linguri de lapte, 1 lingurita de ulei, 1 lingura de arpagic tocat, 1 pahar de otet, 1 lingura de sare, 1 pahar cu vin, 1 ceapa, 1 morcov, 3 catei de usturoi, cimbru, foi de dafin, 100g ulei de masline, sare, 10 boabe de piper.</p>
<p>Se fierb melcii si se scot din cochilie. Cu 2 ore inainte se face un aluat ca de clatite, din faina, lapte, 1 lingurita de ulei, galbenus si sare.</p>
<p>Inainte de a se pune la prajit, se adauga albusul batut cu spuma si arpagicul taiat fin. Cu un sfert de ora inainte de a servi, se iau cate 8 – 10 melci odata, se inmoaie in aluat, se intorc cu o furculita, ca sa se acopere complet cu aluat, si se da drumul in uleiul incins. Se repeta operatie de 2 – 3 ori pana se prajesc toti melcii. Trebuie procedat repede pentru ca primii melci sa nu stea prea mult la o parte, pana sunt ultimii gata.</p>

<p>MELCI FIERTI<br />
3 duzini de melci, 1 pahar de otet, 1 lingura de sare, 1 pahar cu vin, 1 ceapa, 1 morcov, 3 catei de usturoi, cimbru, foi de dafin, sare, 10 boabe de piper.</p>
<p>Se spala bine melcii in mai multe ape. Daca au capac, acesta se desprinde usor cu varful unui cutit ascutit.</p>
<p>Se pune intr-un vas incapator si se toarna un pahar de otet si o lingura de sare de bucatarie. Se amesteca usor si se tin astfel 2 ore ca sa se dizolve sucurile ce le contin. Se scurg si se spala in mai multe ape. Se pun apoi la foc cu 1 – ½ litru de apa rece si un pahar de vin, se adauga ceapa si morcovul taiat felii, mirodeniile, sare si piper. Cand incep sa fiarba se ia spuma de 2 – 3 ori. Se acopera si se lasa sa fiarba in clocote mici 3 ore.</p>

<p>RACI PRAJITI<br />
24 raci mici, 3 catei de usturoi, 12 boabe de piper, sare.<br />
PENTRU PRAJIT: 3 linguri de faina, ½ ceasca de apa. sare, 3 linguri de ulei de masline.</p>
<p>Se aleg 24 de raci mici. Se fierb ca mai sus in apa cu sare, dupa ce au fost bine spalati. Se lasa sa se racoreasca si se scot din apa. Se curate gaturile, se trage intestinul afara si se scoate carapacea si stomacul, lasand racul intreg cu clesti cu tot. Se face intr-un castron un aluat subtire ca o smantana, din faina, apa si sare.</p>
<p>Se incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie. Se ia fiecare rac, se inmoaie in aluat, astfel ca sa fie bine imbracat de jur imprejur si se pune la prajit in uleiul fierbinte. Se<br />
rumenesc pe o parte si pe alta. <p>MIDII PRAJITE<br />

<p>Se fierb midiile dupa cum sunt preparate in reteta de “MIDII FIERTE“, si se scot din scoica. Se face un aluat gros ca o smantana din ou, lapte, faina, sare si piper. Se iau midiile cu o furculita, se inmoaie in aluat si se pun la prajit in uleiul fierbinte.</p>
<p>Se servesc cu zeama de lamaie.</p>

<p>MIDII FIERTE<br />
2 kg midii, 1 pahar de vin, 1 ceapa, 1 frunza de patrunjel, cimbru, foi de dafin, 2 catei de usturoi, sare si piper.</p>
<p>Ca si la “RACI FIERTI” , o prima conditie la pregatirea midiilor este ca ele sa fie cat se poate de proaspete. Fie ca sunt servite cu scoica cu tot sau fara, trebuie mai intai foarte bine spalate, chiar rase cu cutitul, ca sa nu ramana urma de nisip. Nu se tin prea mult in apa, ci se<br />
spala una cate una. Scoicile trebuie sa fie bine inchise. Cand sunt intredeschise, introducem foarte putin varful unui cutit. Daca se deschid imediat, inseamna ca sunt vii, daca nu se inchid, inseamna ca sunt moarte si trebuiesc aruncate.</p>
<p>Dupa ce sunt bine spalate, sunt puse intr-o cratita incapatoare, nu prea multe odata, ca sa le cuprinda focul la fel pe toate. Midiile puse la foc se deschid imediat, cand sunt vii. Se adauga ceapa taiata felii, mirodeniile, sare, piper si un pahar de vin alb sau de apa. Se acopera<br />
cratita si se fierbe la foc iute. Din cand in cand se salta cratita, ca sa vina toate in contact cu focul. Dupa 10 – 15 minute trebuie sa fie toate midiile deschise, deci gata. Se scot pe rand, se indeparteaza jumatatea de scoica de care nu este prinsa carnea, si se pun intr-un castron. Se scurge deasupra zeama din cratita, dar incet, pentru ca nisipul care s-a mai desprins de pe midii la fiert sa ramana la fund.</p>

<p>Se controleaza ca toti racii pe care vrem sa-i pregatim sa fie vii. Se pune la fiert o oala cu apa, potrivind sa fie atata apa cat sa cuprinda racii, nu mai mult. La 4 litrii de apa se adauga 1 lingura plina de sare (in orice caz, apa se gusta si trebuie sa fie ceva mai sarata decat se cere la gust), cativa catei de usturoi si, dupa gust si o frunza de dafin.</p>
<p>Se fierbe apa la foc iute. Cand clocoteste se arunca inauntru racii bine spalati in mai multe ape si scursi, si cateva boabe de piper. Se tin pe foc inca 5 minute, nu mai mult, socotite din momentul cand au dat in clocot. Se lasa sa se raceasca in apa lor.</p>
<p>Se aseaza frumos pe o farfurie, cu frunze de patrunjel imprejur.</p>
